"Pilates with Priscilla is one of the most challenging and yet rewarding experiences I’ve ever had with exercise (and that’s from someone who has run marathons and done crossfit for years). I first took Pilates at a dance studio, but I never felt like it was all that challenging or beneficial. But when I took Pilates with Priscilla, I felt like every muscle had to work all the way up to the point of maximum fatigue. Her teaching style and corrections are so incredibly helpful and she has an amazing way of being able to point out ways you can improve from all the way across the room. She is both encouraging and supportive but definitely pushes you to be the best and strongest you can be. Highly recommended for all levels."

"나는 필라테스는 처음이었다. 요가 초급정도의 수준이었다. Priscilla는 사람 몸에 대한 이해도가 높았다. 아마 발레를 오랜시간 해왔기 때문일수 있다. 왕초보인 나에게 맨몸으로 하는 필라테스로 기본기를 잡았고, 어느정도 자세교정이 되고부터는 기구운동을 시작했다. 보통 움직임이 큰 운동을 해왔던 터라 속근육에 대한 개념이 전무했다. Priscilla는 늘 내 눈높이에 맞춰 친절하고 자세하고 설명해주었다. 특히 그날 그날 pain에 따라 운동을 달리해주어서 운동을 하고나면 마사지를 받은것처럼 개운함이 느껴지기도 했다. 운동이 끝나면 스티커처럼 라떼를 직접 만들어주었는데, 운동 후 마시는 라떼는 꿀맛이었다. 매일 생활하면서 Priscilla에게 배운 기본습관을 실천하는데 어깨 높이가 약간 왼쪽으로 쏠려있던것이 균형이 많이 좋아졌다. 내가 살고 있는 이 타운에서 Priscilla 라는 필라테스 선생님을 만난것은 참 행운이다."
